While those stunning views often steal the show, The New Dismembered Tennesseans will provide the perfect background music for the outdoor ambience of an evening at Point Park.
A hallmark of the Party at Point Park is the one time all year for photos at Umbrella Rock! We'll help you safely capture a keepsake photo from this iconic landmark, Lookout Mountain's first tourist attraction.
The fine folks from C&W Cafe will be serving up Carl's famous BBQ with your favorite southern comfort food sides. Prefer plant-based? We have you covered, with plenty of delicious options to satisfy all food lovers!
To honor the late Fletcher Bright (who played the Party at Point Park with the original Dismembered Tennesseans in 2011 and 2014), the evening will feature a special "History of Lookout Mountain" program.
Each ticket includes a chance to win one of a dozen "gate" prizes, ranging from event tickets to wine bottles to a set of our beautiful Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park posters.
We'll take care of every detail, with special attention to making the event fun - and safe - for our guests. Unwind with complimentary beer and wine, visit with friends old and new, take in the views... just relax and enjoy the Party at Point Park!
So glad you asked! We are outdoors, so that helps a LOT! However, NPS requires the use of face coverings when social distancing cannot be maintained in outdoor settings. There are only a few brief moments when this will apply:
That's it! Face coverings will be a very small - but important - part of the evening, and we appreciate your cooperation to keep everyone safe and comfortable!
Spaces are limited near Point Park, so we have overflow event parking set up at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church located at 316 N. Bragg Avenue, Lookout Mountain, TN. Parking is available in the lower lot - just look for the red, white, and blue balloons for the shuttle stop!
Our partners at McCallie School are providing a shuttle that will run continuously to Point Park and back, for guests to get to the party and back afterwards.
We'll have a small bag prepared for each guest with a disposable mask, mini hand sanitizer, and the program for the evening. We will also have a wristband for you to put on so the food and bar staff can easily distinguish our guests. Name tags will be ready for guests already registered, or we can make one on the fly for changes or walk-ups (if we aren't already sold out).
Thankfully, we have plenty of room to spread out at Point Park. We will have more tables than usual, with the option to sit at a four-seat table to allow for distancing if you aren't in a group; and tables of six and eight to allow groups or sponsor guests to sit together if they choose.
FOOD AND DRINKS
Dinner will be served buffet style, with the caterers serving the food for you as you come through the line. C&W Cafe has catered the event for years, and it's always a hit! We will have BBQ and southern comfort-food sides with plenty of options for our guests who prefer a plant-based selection.
A selection of draft and bottled beer, red and white wine, and soft drinks will be available and served by bar staff at two different bars.
They certainly are welcome! We just ask that you keep a very close eye on them - and give us a heads up if children will be joining you so we can ensure we have ample seating and kid-friendly drinks.
